Why don't you introduce yourself
hello self, meet Conrad Keely. hello Conrad, meet yourself.

Tell us a little about ...And You Will Know Us By The Trail of Dead.

How did the band meet?

Your new album, "Source Tags & Codes", is finally out in stores and available to music fans.
how did you know? why has no one told me?

How does it feel to have your new music out there for everyone to hear?
i don't think they should allow infants to listen to it.

I noticed that some of the art work in your new album was done by Conrad and Jason. (Very impressive, by the way.)
"most impressive. obi-wan has taught you well."

How hands-on, as a band, are you with everything -- music, image, production, etc.?

Trail of Dead has already had considerable success abroad in the UK and now American media seem to be picking up.What's your reaction to this success and attention you've been getting?
i like it. i want more.

Have you noticed any difference between reactions in the States and abroad?
no. actually they're surprisingly similar. my hypothesis is that we are dealing with the same species of animal in both places, that may possibly share a common ancestry. but this is pure idle speculation.

Describe a typical Trail of Dead concert.
there are lights, usually placed in a row along the top of an elevated rectangular area. various instruments, some amplified electronically, are placed along this space so as to be easily accessed by the performers. a crowd is allowed to gather in the large open area adjacent to the elevation. sometimes an exchange takes place amongst audience and performers involving the instruments and body fluids. the exchange takes approximately one hour.

Where do you see the band in 10 years?
that's hardly important. you should see where i see the world in 10 years.

Ok, what are you currently listening to?
my stomach. it's growling like a pachyderm in heat.

Favorite album(s) of all time?
yeah, i have a ton.

What bands or albums have influenced you?
the good ones,.

What band do you think is underrated and deserves more attention?
all bands are over rated.

Anything else you'd like to add?
i don't like to add, i hate math. even though i'm good at it.

Thanks for your time.
no, thank you.
