Anti-Flag Celebrate Their 20 Year Anniversary

Progressive punk icons Anti-Flag have a lot in store for their monumental 20th anniversary this year. They'll kick things off with a series of special anniversary shows throughout California with stops at the Troubadour in Los Angeles and the Metro Operahouse in Oakland. These shows will provide fans with the unique opportunity to hear the band perform rarely-heard tracks from their 10 albums over the course of 2 shows in each city.

Tickets go on sale this Friday, January 18 and while supplies last, purchase a ticket to both shows and receive a free Anti-Flag 20th anniversary poster!

Being the eternal activists they are, Anti-Flag has teamed up with Amnesty International to record their own version of the organization's commemorative song, "Toast To Freedom." This version was inspired by the imprisonment of Russian activist punk band Pussy Riot. It was recorded at the legendary Hansa studio in Berlin (where David Bowie recorded Heroes) and features special guests Donots, Ian D'Sa (Billy Talent) and Bernd (Beatsteaks).

"Toast To Freedom" will go on sale in North America on February 12 via iTunes and all leading digital service providers with all net proceeds going to benefit Amnesty International.
