Black Numbers have announced that it will release "You Didn't Know I Was Alphabetical," the latest full-length from New Brunswick, NJ native and ex-Outsmarting Simon front man PJ Bond.
The album, which will be released November 10th on both vinyl and CD formats, is now up for pre-order from the label. Black Numbers will press 300 copies of the LP (100 white, 200 blue), as well as a short run (200) of hand-screened CDs with liner notes personally written by Bond. No two of these limited edition discs are alike. There is an "official" CD version of "You Didn't Know I Was Alphabetical" as well.
Beside Outsmarting Simon, Bond has also been a member of The Color Fred, Charlotte Sometimes, Marigold and Communipaw (with brother, Brian Bond).
On a related note, Bond has given up his permanent residence, dedicating a year of his life to living on the road, bunking with friends, family, fans and even strangers, and playing as many shows in between. He chronicles his nomadic adventures on his blog, Year Of A Thousand Roommates.
There will be extensive touring of the East Coast and Midwest in November. Before that though, Bond will travel to the UK for two weeks of shows beginning on October 2nd.
