Dengue Fever Adds 3 Free Shows To Schedule

Dengue Fever have announced the addition of three free shows to their already busy tour schedule. The shows are scheduled for June 4th at Chicago's Do-Division Fest, June 18th in Los Angeles and August 4th in Brooklyn.

Dengue Fever's new CD "Cannibal Courtship" debuted on the CMJ AAA Chart at #8, and is at #4 on the CMJ World Chart. They've just completed the West Coast leg of their support tour and will tour Europe over the summer.

SPIN Magazine calls "Cannibal Courtship" a "charmingly awkward blend of indie rock and Cambodian pop," while the LA Times says "Dengue Fever has refined its sound to the extent that the six-piece is no longer a vehicle for a curious cultural collision, but for a fluent conversation that sounds positively Esperanta." MOJO Magazine in the UK gave "Cannibal Courtship" a 4/4-star review in the May issue, exclaiming, "it might just be the best thing they have ever done."
