LimeWire Store Releases "Ear To The Ground: Cleveland"

Now available exclusively through LimeWire's digital music store, LimeWire Store, "Ear To The Ground: Cleveland" is a distinctive digital sampler curated by Cleveland Scene's Jeff Niesel and presented by TV Land's hot new sitcom Hot In Cleveland. "Ear To The Ground: Cleveland" spotlights 19 of Cleveland's hottest up-and-coming independent artists, featuring the winsome pop of Afternoon Naps, the molten metal of Megachurch, and the smooth jazz sounds of Josh Rzepka.

"There's a lot more to Cleveland's music scene than just the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, so we decided to produce 'Ear to the Ground: Cleveland' to showcase the city's diverse, thriving indie scene," said Tom Monday, Director of Partner Relations, LimeWire Store. "These Cleveland artists deserve a wider audience and we're excited to help deliver one."

In conjunction with the release of "Ear To The Ground: Cleveland," select artists from the sampler will take the stage for a one-time, free performance at Cleveland's illustrious GROG SHOP on July 29th, 2010. Performing artists include the Suede Brothers, Above This Fire, This Moment in Black History and Prisoners.
