Maegashira Finish Work On Full-length Debut, Post New Track

New Jersey doom 'n' roll bastards Maegashira have completed work on their forthcoming full-length debut, The Stark Arctic. Comprised of six songs, the hour-long album was recorded by Halfway To Gone vocalist/bassist Lou Gorra at Redline Archiving in Little Silver, NJ, and will see distribution through Connecticut's Spare Change Records (Negative Reaction, When The Deadbolt Breaks, A Day Of Pigs). A January 20 release date has been set for the album, now available for preorder.

In addition, the band has posted anti-hipster anthem "Hi From Jersey" to their MySpace page. More tracks and info to come in the next few weeks.

The Stark Arctic tracklisting:

  1. Ongoing Corneal Erosion
  2. Caribou Crossing
  3. Ammonia For Sweat
  4. Baggage Claim/Skin Slip
  5. Hi From Jersey
  6. Back To Muro
