"Making Time Radio With Dave P" Program To Air Monthly On WXPN

WXPN announced that it will begin airing the "Making Time Radio with Dave P" radio show on the last Friday of every month from 11 p.m. - 1 a.m. EST beginning on Friday, July 30th. The show is being hosted by renowned DJ Dave P and will feature a mix of electronica, alternative, indie rock and dance music.

Dave P is the DJ behind Making Time, a series of dance parties throughout Philadelphia and New York that have developed a cult following since hitting the scene in 2000. Dave P is a producer and remixer along with production partner Adam Sparkles and co-runs the label RVNG Intl. out of New York. He has produced original tracks including "Sunday night in Glasgow," "Hoover Apprentice," "Delaze" and "Tuesday's Gone," and has remixed Bloc Party, Klaxons, Holy Hail, Pin Me Down, Of Montreal and many others. Making Time is currently celebrating its 10-year anniversary with the Making Time 10-Year Anniversary Summer of Radness.

"We're thrilled to add Making Time to our programming at XPN," said Bruce Warren, WXPN program director. "Dave P is about as big as a DJ can get in the electronica/dance scene. He is absolutely amazing."
