  • Ash continue through their biweekly alphabetic singles with The A-Z Series as they release the single D, "Tracers." Now available to listen to and purchase, as a digital download, at www.ashofficial.com.
  • Universal Music is hosting a giveaway highlighting some of their most exciting up and coming new artists. On the Educate Your Ears homepage, fans have the opportunity to check out tracks and video from artists and enter to win an autographed guitar, lithographs, skateboards, Dakine backpacks and tons more.   • Kisses Over Babylon is the second installment of SALVO!, a 12-part feature-length music video series from Edward Sharpe and The Magnetic Zeros. Kisses picks up in the same desert wasteland world, ravaged by drought. Edward is arrested by two Minors (police from Ursa Minor) for the murder of his own father, and taken to a water-labor prison. There he reunites with Brother, his long-ago friend, and rallies the prisoners to a frenzied prison break. Edward and Brother escape, followed closely by the the mysteriously recalcitrant prison guard Croc. Check it out over at Spinner.
  • The Victorian English Gentlemens Club wrote and recorded the track "Mr Fenton and his photo of Melrose Abbey" exclusively for the 'Sight of Sound' exhibition at Cardiff's National Museum. There is now a video for the track online, available both here on the Museum's website and on the band's YouTube channel. The exhibit runs through January 3rd.
  • Paper + Plastick has teamed up with Hurley to bring, this weekend only, to fans and curious listeners a stream of the new album, "Animal Summer," from Philly's The A.K.A.s.
