  • Jon Foreman of Switchfoot was recently interviewed by Causecast Music and spoke with him about his views on how music plays a role in creating social change, Darfur, and a variety of other issues.
  • While Heaven Wept have confirmed their presence to the third edition of the Hammer Of Doom festival taking place in Würzburg, Germany on February 6, 2010. Saint Vitus will be headlining the festival, which includes with acts such as Griftegard (Sweden), Atlantean Kodex (Germany), and The Wizar'd (Austria) plus others that will be announced shortly.
  • Cleveland duo mr. Gnome have released the first video from its sophomore album, "Heave Yer Skeleton," a professionally-shot live performance of the disc's opening track.
  • Baroness have released the first video from "Blue Record," for the track "A Horse Called Golgotha." The video was lensed in the band's hometown of Savannah, GA with director Joshua Green for The Distillery Collective. Baroness worked with Greene previously on the band's "Wanderlust" video from "Red Album."
