HIM are now streaming their seventh studio album "Screamworks: Love in Theory and Practice" on their Myspace profile. The album, which was produced by Matt Squire (The Used, All Time Low, Saosin) was recently described by frontman Ville Valo as being "the most sexual album we've ever made." Valo also added, "I like the immediacy of it. There's a lot of information put in short songs and they don't let go. That was the whole vibe for me."
Check out the new music video "Of Night and Silence" from LA-based black metallers Sothis. The video was shot in LA with Csaba Fikker as Director of Photography and was directed and edited by the band's vocalist Drogoth, who also handled all of the visual effects. Says Drogoth, "After making the 'De Oppresso Liber' video, the band wanted to make a video for another song from the same album, but do something a bit more affordable without compromising quality. I came up with the concept for the 'Of Night and Silence' video because I felt that this song had great energy and perfect pacing for this type of concept."
