• Bryan Ferry and Stereogum have teamed up to bring you a cover of Tim Buckley's "Song To The Siren." The song comes from Ferry's new album "Olympiam" due out October 26th through Astralwerks. Plus check out Check out the video for "Shameless" - a collaboration with Groove Armada. Directed by Ferry Gouw, the video was filmed at Wilton's Music Hall - the oldest music hall in the world.
• LA's Thousand Watt Stare -- featuring Christian Martucci formerly of Black President, The Chelsea Smiles and The Dee Dee Ramone Band, Pat Kim and Dylan Howard of Unwritten Law -- is set to release its self-titled EP on Hardline Entertainment on November 16th.
• Mexican Summer has posted the latest video from LA's dream-pop trio Best Coast. The video for their latest single "Boyfriend" was directed by award-winning filmmaker Taylor Cohen (Matt & Kim) and captures a grand Quinceañera, a sweet 15 Birthday in Mexican Culture, where Best Coast had the honor of providing the entertainment on a golden Southern California day.
