  • Early November/A Million Different People frontman Ace Enders and his wife Jennifer welcomed Arthur Carl Enders IV into their lives on Thursday, September 10, 2009 at 7:20pm. "Acey" weighed 7 lbs 13oz and was a staggering 20.5 inches. The proud parents were exhausted but incredibly happy on the birth of their very first child. Jenn (who accompanied Ace on the full stretch of his most recent tour while pregnant) said, "Acey's doing great and we'll share lots more details, pictures and stories on our baby blog once we get home from the hospital and settled in."
  • While it's unclear if China's current 60th birthday celebrations had anything to do with it, The (International) Noise Conspiracy's upcoming shows in the country have been canceled. Writes the band on their blog, "All our planned shows in China got cancelled by the Chinese authorities. We will get back soon with more updates and info about the situation. The local bands will still play the clubs and the festival, so please go out and support them."
  • Check out the video for "Boots," the new single from Bromheads. "Boots" is a cover of Nancy Sinatra's "These Boots Are Made For Walkin'."
  • Check out the animated sci-fi music video for "Flashing Red Light Means Go" from the UK indie-rock squad The Boxer Rebellion. Directed by Grant Berry and Nick Tarte, the video was created digitally, frame-by-frame, over an incredibly intense period of four weeks and is a fantastical moving image of futuristic travel we can only conceive in our most dizzying of dreams.
  • Red Fang has been added to the November 7th Fog Rising Festival taking place at Broadway Studios in San Francisco. Tickets are now on sale via the Secret Serpents Website.
