  • Check out Plants and Animals' concept video for “Feedback in the Field” from their debut “Parc Avenue.” Plants and Animals are already thinking about 2009 and have confirmed a live performance at the Natural History Museum in Los Angeles on Friday, January 9 in the Mammal Gallery as part of the Museum’s “First Fridays” series. Another national tour in the spring will be announced shortly.
  • Professional music photographer Robert John is best known for working with Guns N' Roses. He began shooting them in the 1980s when they were Hollywood Rose, became their exclusive photographer when GNR was signed to Geffen Records, and traveled with them through the height of their career. John is sharing footage he shot while on the road with Guns N' Roses from the end of Appetite For Destruction throughout the Use Your Illusion tours, to give the world a glimpse of what being friends and hanging out with one of the biggest bands in the world was really like.
  • Check out videos of The Duke Spirit performing live on maniaTV's Stage 5: "Lassoo" and "This Ship was Built to Last".
  • Check out Don Rimini's first music video, "Ohow?." The song is from his Kick N’ Run EP which is out now on Delicious Gutter.
  • Last week, The Raveonettes unveiled the holiday-themed Wishing You A Rave Christmas, the final installment in the Danish duo's four-part EP series, rounded out by September's free Remixed EP, Sometimes They Drop By, and October's Beauty Dies. To celebrate the series' conclusion (and, of course, the Holiday season), the band is offering up one of the final short-player's four dreamy Christmas numbers. "Come On Santa" boasts vintage Raves tremolo guitars and the sort of bittersweet harmonies that won Sune Rose Wagner and Sharin Foo so many accolades after the February release of Lust Lust Lust. Speaking of, Amazon.com patrons get an exclusive version of Wishing You A Raves Christmas featuring Lust B-side "Forever In Your Arms."
