  • Death Wolf, formerly known as Devils Whorehouse, recently completed the recording of its upcoming full-length filled with Northern end themes and death hymns. The band will make its first live appearance in June at the Wave-Gotik Treffen in Leipzig, Germany on June 12. Tracklist, release date info and samples from this imminent release will be unveiled in the coming weeks.
  • Mick Jones' band - ex guitarist of The Clash and currently in Gorillaz - Big Audio Dynamite head the new confirmations for FIB 2011's line-up. Besides this, Noah & The Whale, Dorian, Bombay Bicycle Club, Anika, Hidrogenesse, Henry Saiz, McEnroe and Layabouts make up the rest of the new confirmations for FIB's XVII edition, adding on to a line-up headlined by Arcade Fire, Arctic Monkeys, Mumford & Sons, Portishead, The Strokes, Primal Scream and Brandon Flowers.
  • Obscura's forthcoming album "Omnivium" is currently streaming in its entirety via MySpace Music. "Omnivium," the follow-up to the band's acclaimed "Cosmogenesis" album, will see its North American release on Tuesday, March 29th, on CD, double LP, and digitally.
  • Charlotte Cornfield has just released two new songs, from her forthcoming LP "Two Horses," on her bandcamp site.
  • YACHT have announced that they will release their new album, "Shangri-La," for DFA Records on June 21st. Check out "Dystopia (The Earth is on Fire)," a track from the upcoming release.
