  • Flogging Molly have released their new single, "Dont Shut Em Down," as a free download.
  • Abysmal Dawn are currently streaming their forthcoming album "Leveling The Plane of Existence" in its entirety at MetalSucks.net. "Leveling The Plane of Existence" will see its North American release Tuesday, February 1st.
  • Motörhead are set to release their 20th studio album, "The Wörld is Yours," February 8th. Written and performed by the band's Lemmy Kilmister, Philip Campbell, and Mikkey Dee in California and Wales, "The Wörld is Yours" was produced by longtime collaborator Cameron Webb, who also worked on "Motörizer," "Kiss Of Death" and "Inferno." The band recently released a video for the song "Get Back in Line."
  • Peter Bjorn & John have debuted their new track "Second Chance" over at Stereogum.
  • Datarock will release "Catcher in the Rye," which is being dubbed "the most extravagant single in history," on March 21! The single will come as a designer toy with a USB stick that features 110 tracks, 1500 photos taken at their shows in 33 countries, 20 music videos, and Never Say Die a brand new hour-long concert film. The single will also be released as a digital 5 track EP. The USB features the EP, the new album Music For Synchronization, both of their previous albums with bonus tracks, the new Lost and Found b-sides and rarities compilation, 15 new instrumentals, and the 40 track remix album Mixed Up. The toy was created by Brian Flynn at Hybrid Design and San Francisco based pioneer company SUPER7. The band are offering the song "Catcher in the Rye" as a free MP3.
