  • Brooklyn singer Julie Christmas releases her first solo album, "The Bad Wife" next month. Stereogum has posted the exclusive premiere of the first video from the album, for the song "Bow." Directed by James OBrien, Pastor Alvarado and Genn Leong, the fairytale style clip sees the singer being pursued through the woods by a lanky, furry beast.
  • This week on Dirty Laundry, they've got another FYF Fest exclusive with the pride of New Jersey, Titus Andronicus, who chatted with special guest host Karrie K (of the Delta Mirror) shortly before they played.
  • Check out the new Monster Magnet single, "Dig That Hole," over at Spin.
  • The Concretes performed this Summer at the Island in the Sun Festival which takes place on the beautiful island of Jurmo, off the coast of Finland and performed an unplugged performance of their song "All Day" on a motorboat. Check out the video.
  • Hull's "Viking Funeral" EP is currently streaming in its entirety via Decibel Magazine's website. The unsung, 16-plus minute EP was initially self-released by the Brooklyn-based, three-guitar led sludge metal collective back in 2007 -- their first official recording.
