  • Los Angeles singer-songwriter Mia Maestro has revealed the video for her song "Blue Eyed Sailor." The video is a groundbreaking collaboration merging the worlds of film, music and art like few music videos have done before. It was directed by media-artist Juan Azulay and Oscar-winning cinematographer Guillermo Navarro (Pan's Labyrinth) and is based on the beautiful camouflages of artist Cecilia Paredes, with striking cinematography that brilliantly captures the spirit of Mia Maestro's unique flavor of experimental pop.
  • Boston-based rock quartet Mean Creek are pleased to announce the premiere of their new single, "Come On, Before It's Gone."
  • NPR Music “All Songs Considered” premiered the title track “Beta Love” from Ra Ra Riot’s third album. Beta Love is set for release January 22 on Barsuk Record.
  • Metric has teamed with Tumblr to unveil the video for "Breathing Underwater," the latest single from its acclaimed Synthetica (Metric Music International/mom+pop).
  • White Iris Records is pleased to announce Only You's debut video for A-side, "Applying Myself." The video is directed by award winning-director Ellis Bahl. It takes place in a stagnant den cluttered with bottles and bodies of whiskey breathing on-lookers as Fannan bellows, howls and gyrates along to a karaoke rendition of the track. The Applying Myself b/w Love Is Making Me Tired 7" was recorded and produced by White Iris.
