  • Pan-European pop-wranglers The Chap just released the video for "Even Your Friend," the second single off their fourth album "Well Done Europe," out now on Lo Recordings.
  • Director David Lynch and Danger Mouse (aka Brian Burton) sat down with Music Director Jason Bentley to talk together for the first time about their collaboration on "Dark Night of the Soul" in an interview that will air on KCRW on July 13, the day of its official release.
  • Ours frontman Jimmy Gnecco will release his highly anticipated self-produced first solo effort, ‘The Heart' through Bright Antenna/ILG on July 20. The video for "Bring You Home" was featured last week on the AOL Music homepage. A free MP3 of "Bring You Home" (Live version) is being offered through Gnecco's website.
  • This Thursday, July 15th, Hans Zimmer will be doing an Inception Soundtrack signing at Amoeba records in Hollywood. Two days prior on release day July 13th - Hans Zimmer and Johnny Marr (The Smiths, Modest Mouse, The Cribs) will perform a special concert backed by a 20 piece orchestra which will be streamed live at http://www.ustream.tv/inceptionpremiere.
  • Balance and Composure has officially re-released their 2008 debut EP, "I Just Want To Be Pure." As a bonus, the digital album comes with three never before heard acoustic songs that the band self-recorded. The EP was originally self-released and only available at shows when the band first got its start.
