  • The Decemberists have partnered with The Impossible Project and photographer Autumn de Wilde to create a deluxe box edition of "The King Is Dead," their forthcoming Capitol Records album which will be released on January 18. Rough Trade Records will be releasing "The King Is Dead" in the UK and Europe on January 17.
  • Alarm Press is hosting "2 Then The Three," the first track to be publicly released from Bruce Lamont's upcoming debut solo album "Feral Songs For The Epic Decline."

  • HearJapan has announced the release of two new albums from two legendary avant-guard bands: Acid Mothers Temple's "Sax & the City" and Korekyojinn's "TUNDRA."
  • Mogwai premiered "San Pedro," another track from the amazingly titled new album, "Hardcore Will Never Die, But You Will," which is set to be released on February 15, 2011. on Sub Pop Records in North America, and through the band's very own label in the UK, Rock Action Records.
