Sin Fang Releases Limited Run 7-inch Of Cover Songs

You may know Iceland's Sindri Már Sigfusson best as part of his band Seabear, which spent most of 2010 touring around the world. Outside of touring though, Sindri spent his time off to develop and nurture his solo project - Sin Fang (formerly Sin Fang Bous). After many devoted months of writing and recording, Sin Fang's next full-length LP, "Summer Echoes," is finally set for release in March 2011.

In the meantime, "Summer Echoes" is preceded by this special 7-inch featuring two all-time-classic non-album cover versions: "Landslide" by Fleetwood Mac and Simon & Garfunkel's "The Only Living Boy In New York."

Sin Fang's versions withdraw some of the glossy sweetness of the originals and replace it with an honest pinch of Weirdo-Folk, giving you a new listening experience while keeping the original song's heart-breaking potential intact.
