SiTV's Jammin Showcase ReturnsEmerging, unsigned Latino bands hoping for their big break may just find it thanks to Sí TV and its signature music showcase, Jammin, which has served as the launchpad for some of the most exciting new bands on the music scene, including Upground, Glory for the People and Girl in a Coma.

Sí TV, America’s first and only media company to reach the millions of 18–34-year old Latinos who prefer their entertainment in English, invites indie bands to enter a contest by posting their profiles and music on, with a chance to appear on Sí TV’s Jammin, the compelling “realimentary” series about what it takes to make it big in the music industry. Each episode captures the dreams, struggles and triumphs of talented up-and-coming rock bands and pairs them with their musical heroes, who have included such diverse musical legends as Joan Jett, Los Lobos, and John Densmore from The Doors.

Three Jammin finalists will then compete in an onstage battle of the bands with a top prize of $10,000. The winning band will also get to star in a music video featuring the band’s original music and directed by a hot established music video director, and will receive invaluable national exposure. Last season, Asdru Sierra and Wil-Dog Abers of Ozomatli hosted the Jammin finale showdown, and Glory for the People was chosen as the grand-prize winner.
