SPIN Magazine And MySpace Music Team-Up To Host The Loft

SPIN and MySpace are back at South by Southwest for another year of the SPIN and MySpace Music Loft on 6th. This year's space will feature even more private acoustic performances and interviews with today's hottest bands. SPIN and MySpace partners Best Buy Musical Instruments will provide the instruments, K-Swiss will bring a Ping-Pong table, and guests will enjoy a Rock Band playing area.

Other additions to the lounge include:

• Portrait Studio
  Artists have the opportunity to pose for one-of-a-kind Polaroid portraits snapped by acclaimed photographer Emily Shur. While waiting for those shots to develop, guests will write their own captions that will appear in a gallery on Spin.com, as well as on the MySpace Music blog site.
• "Live From the Loft" Daily Radio Show
  Both MySpace Music and SPIN editorial masterminds will be spinning the hottest tracks in the lounge. Artists are invited to participate in on air interviews with editors from SPIN.
