The Boxer Rebellion Announce Spring North American Headline Tour Presented By Onitsuka Tiger TM

The Boxer Rebellion and lifestyle brand Onitsuka Tiger^TM have announced the band's upcoming North American Spring headline tour. Touring in support of its brand new album, "The Cold Still," and beginning close to a month after the band is scheduled to make its second appearance at the SXSW Music and Arts Festival in Austin, TX, in March, the tour will kick off in Boston, MA, on Tuesday, April 12, and will culminate in a performance at the storied Roxy in Los Angeles, CA, on Saturday, April 30. Additionally, the tour will take in two very special nights in New York City at Bowery Ballroom (April 13) and Music Hall of Williamsburg (April 15) before visiting a number of large markets across the US and Canada. The band will be touring with support act We Are Augustines from Brooklyn, NY.

In addition to the band's upcoming tour, The Boxer Rebellion are offering opening song, "No Harm," from "The Cold Still" for download. "No Harm" is a track that highlights the band's elegant musicianship and frontman Nathan Nicholson's soaring and captivating vocals throughout. Also included is an exclusive live version of the band's current single "Step Out of the Car."

Released on February 1, 2011, and created in conjunction with legendary producer Ethan Johns (Kings of Leon, Ryan Adams, Ray LaMontagne), "The Cold Still," one of FILTER Magazine's "20 Most Anticipated Albums of 2011," is an exercise in master class performances and dark, sophisticated songwriting from a band that embodies the very definition of "independent."
