The Dillinger Escape Plan To Hit The Road In March, April

Critically acclaimed rockers, The Dillinger Escape Plan, are known for their groundbreaking music and their ‘dangerous' live shows. To support their upcoming album, "Option Paralysis" (out March 23rd), the band plans to head out on the road on a headline run to add to their recently announced festival dates.

Opening for Dillinger on these dates are Darkest Hour, IwrestledABearOnce and Animals As Leaders. The bastard child born of the mid-'90s punk/metal/hardcore movement, Darkest Hour combines the passion, energy, and soul of punk/hardcore with the style, speed, vengeance and fury of melodic speed/thrash/death metal. Their history spans a decade and a half, a quarter of a million records sold and voyages across every inch of the globe. Saying that IWrestledABearOnce makes music that turns heads is a real understatement. Love it or hate it - as long as they get a strong reaction to their music, the members of this band will feel that they have done their duty. Animals As Leaders is the acclaimed progressive instrumental project of 7- and 8-string guitar virtuoso Tosin Abasi (ex-Reflux, touring guitarist of Born Of Osiris). The self-titled debut was released earlier this year to waves of critical acclaim. All perfect partners for Dillinger Escape Plan's highly anticipated headline run.

Their addition to the Coachella festival (April 16) and The Vans Warped Tour's 2010 (June 24 - August 15) lineups underline the band's prestige across the spectrum of rock music.
