The Kooks, Duke Spirit, Cat Power On 17 Again Soundtrack

New Line Records has announced the release of the original soundtrack to the upcoming New Line Cinema/Offspring Entertainment production, 17 Again starring Zac Efron and Matthew Perry. The 17 Again original soundtrack hits stores April 21st following the April 17th film premiere.

The thirteen-track record offers material from Cat Power, newcomers The Virgins, Vincent, Vincent and the Villains, Sub Pop mainstay The Helio Sequence and other indie favorites. The collection also features classic artists; no film about reclaiming the glory days would be complete without Kenny Loggins' "Danger Zone."
