Tombs has posted a brand new track, "To Cross The Land," from their forthcoming album "Path Of Totality" online now at Stereogum.com. The band has previously posted "Silent World" online at NPR.org and "Vermillion" via the Tombs' Facebook and at BrooklynVegan.com.
"Path Of Totality," the follow-up to their acclaimed Winter Hours release, was recorded at Elmwood Recording studios in Dallas, TX with engineer John Congleton (Baroness, Explosions In The Sky, Black Mountain) and has been set for a June 7th North American release date. "Path Of Totality" will be available on CD, 2xLP, and digitally and features artwork from Thomas Hooper.
Tombs has announced the details for the "Path Of Totality" record release show for June 9th at The Studio at Webster Hall in New York, NY. This show will include guests A Storm Of Light and more. The band has also confirmed a number of tour dates to follow-up the record release show, taking them to Texas and back.
