Wanda Jackson Announces Show In Brooklyn Ahead Of New Album

The legendary Wanda Jackson will back at the Knitting Factory in Brooklyn for the second time this year on Friday, October 8th. Her full-length Jack White produced album, titled "The Party Ain't Over," is set to be released on January 25th.

2009 was a huge year for the Rock N Roll icon as she was finally inducted into the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame, had a street in her home state of Oklahoma named after her, and performed for sold out crowds all over the world! The year came to a close with Wanda receiving a slew of international publicity with rumors that Jack White would be working with her on some new music. In February of this year her brand new single produced by Jack White (White Stripes, Dead Weather) was released to overwhelmingly positive reviews.
